Makes one serving (a generous, meal-sized portion though). A great way to wake up in the morning. It has a lot of heat to offer, but just as much flavor. That being said, you won't even need salsa for it.
Note: this may be a bit much for beginners of spicy food, heat is 8/10.
- 2 to 3 Habaneros
- 1 Serrano
- 1 Jalapeno
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon of Cilantro
- 1/2 Teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1 Teaspoon of ground Cayenne pepper
- 1/3 Cup of milk
- 8 thin pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar
- Gringo Bandito
- Corn Chips (optional)
- Wash peppers and cilantro.
- Be sure to wear eye protection and gloves for this step. Stem, seed, and chop up the 2 to 3 habaneros and the serrano very finely. Stem and seed the jalapeno but chop up into normal sized slices. Chop up the cilantro very finely. Slice the pepperoni slices into halves.
- Use a non-stick spray (or cooking oil or butter) on the frying pan (use a somewhat large frying pan).
- Dump in all of the ingrediants except for the corn chips and Gringo Bandito. Mix it up, then turn the burner on.
- Serve topped with Gringo Bandito and corn chips on the side, and toast if you want. You may need a pretty large glass of milk to go with it.
