Macho Machaca

What you'll need:
  • 1½ lbs. shredded beef steak (buy it in a can, or boil your own: 1½ hours in water w/ garlic, onion, salt, celery. Then shred.)
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 6 eggs
  • ¼ cup Canola oil
  • 3 Tbsp Gringo Bandito

What you'll need to do:
  1. Take skillet, add ¼ cup Canola oil and shredded beef. Cook over medium heat.
  2. Once it gets sizzling, crack in 6 eggs. Stir with spatula. Reduce flame to low. Let eggs scramble, stir.
  3. Mix in green onions and Roma tomatoes. Cook 10-15 minutes (If you boiled your own steak then pour in ½ cup of drippings from the steak).
  4. Salt to taste. Add Gringo Bandito. Stir. Heat for a minute or two.
  5. Roll into flour torillas for tasty machaca burritos, just like your abuelita made for you.
