Tostadas

Have any leftover meat from the enchiladas? Here's a tasty way to polish it right off:

What you'll need to do:
  1. With a store bought tostada tortilla (or fry up your own) spread on some sour cream and cover with lettuce.
  2. Next add chicken from enchiladas, tomato slices, a little radish, and another little dollop of sour cream, if you're so inclined.
  3. Add cheese and, yes, as you've probably figured out by now, lots of Gringo Bandito!
